Central DeWitt After Prom committee be having an informational meeting on Tuesday, Oct. 25 at 6:30 p.m. in the large meeting room at the DeWitt Public Library. Please enter the doors facing Lincoln Park. Small snacks and coffee/water will be provided. Tentative agenda: 1. Welcome new members 2. Go over event from past spring and explain what each sub committee is in charge of -what worked, what needs improvement. 3. Financials – how much was brought in and what went out. 4. New fundraising events 5. Nominate new co-chairs, preferably parents of underclassmen. (Details will be explained that night) 6. Other business After prom is not funded by any school funds. This whole event is run entirely on donations from in and around our community. We are fortunate to live in a great community like this! With that being said, this event can't happen without great people behind the scenes! Come see how you can help our Saber kids have a safe and fun night!'
