On Thursday and Friday, CDHS physical education classes participated in team-building activities with SSG Jason Nemeth and SSG Paul Brack from the Army branch of the Iowa National Guard. Students learned that trust, good communication and problem-solving skills, as well as knowing what your strengths are, and are not, are important when working as a team. Thank you for taking the time to share these valuable lessons (and have a little fun) with our students!'
