Second graders at Ekstrand Elementary learned about bike safety and tested out their skills at the annual Bike Rodeo recently. Students also registered their bikes. Thank you to the Dewitt Iowa Police Department and Iowa State Patrol who host this event as well as to all of the parent volunteers who helped. Also, thank you to the Dewitt Community Hospital Foundation and LincolnWay Community Foundation who donated a helmet to every second grade student. We appreciate you helping to keep our students safe!
