This past week CDHS Student Council hosted Leading with Love to raise funds for local organizations who support Central DeWitt in a variety of ways. Funds were raised through a t-shirt fundraiser, staff jean day, and student body activities. Thank you to the LincolnWay Foundation for matching the Student Council’s donation! Our Special Olympics Robotic team, along with Ms. Smith and Mrs. Jackson, showcased their ScaleUp program called Ready, Set, Drone to legislators during the Iowa Governor’s STEM Advisory Council STEM Day at the capital. Ms. Smith even flew a drone over the senate floor! What a great opportunity for our students! We’re so proud of this team and all the things they're accomplishing!
