Our Special Olympics Robotic team, along with Ms. Smith and Mrs. Jackson, showcased their ScaleUp program called Ready, Set, Drone to legislators during the Iowa Governor’s STEM Advisory Council STEM Day at the capital. Ms. Smith even flew a drone over the senate floor! What a great opportunity for our students! We’re so proud of this team and all the things they're accomplishing! If you love Scooby Doo mysteries, you will love the CDMS production of “Legend of Sammy’s Swamp!” An eccentric cast of characters will have you laughing and make you wonder what is really going on at Sammy’s Swamp. Don’t miss what’s sure to be a screaming good time this Friday and Saturday at 6:30 p.m. in the Central DeWitt Performing Arts Center. Admission is free, but donations are welcome.
