Yesterday 8th grade students had the opportunity to tour the DeWitt Career Advancement Center and learn about the different career academies offered. Career Academies give juniors and seniors the opportunity to build workforce skills and earn college credits at no cost. The information students received yesterday will help them as they begin planning and choosing courses for high school next year. Currently the DeWitt location offers academies in Agriculture, CNC Machining, Construction Technology, Healthcare, Information Technology, and Small Business Management. So many great opportunities for our students! #gosabers #centraldewittcsd #cdms #dewittcareeradvancementcenter #careeracademies #careerandcollegeready #planningforthefuture #saberssucceeding #eicc #easterniowcommunitycolleges
